This high spirit and zero-contact league gives you an outlet to play the sport you love! If you're looking for a truly awesome cardio experience then this is the league for you!

This league is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 1 male and 1 female on the court at all times.

Spaces are very limited this season, early registration is encouraged to secure your night of choice.
